Our team was tasked with a spec building project: the construction of a new stately home, using only the foundation of the old structure. We built a brand-new home on spec according to the same quality standards we use on traditional home renovation projects. We designed and built a low-maintenance home with energy-efficient materials that includes features like an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, four bedrooms, two-car garage and two and a half baths. It also became a million dollar showcase for our work that sold more remodeling business than ever!
